Printer not working in Citrix Hosted Desktop

Allow Citrix Receiver/Workspace access to your printer/drives


1. Right click the Citrix Receiver Icon in the bottom right system tray, near the clock.  (The icons may need to be expanded out.)  Click Advanced Preferences. [Outside of Hosted Desktop]

2. Click on Connection Center

3. In the right-hand column, select Preferences:

4. Under the File Access tab, select "Read and write". Then click Apply.


If the settings were already on Read and Write, then restart your computer, this should resume the Citrix Print Services.
