How to log in to Hosted Desktop

Step 1

 

Please download and install 'Citrix Workspace Software' 


For Windows: please download the latest version:


For Mac: please download the latest version:

Step 2


After that please go to the User Handover Document to obtain the login link [this should be provided to you by your company's authorised user or IT Liaison]


Username/Password will also be in your User Handover Document.


Go to a browser and type in that link, after logging in

choose option no. 2 from the image below (Detect again or Already Installed)

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3


After that you will see the following screen, click on Hosted Desktop to open the system. We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your browser.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After you have finished work for the day, please shut down the system by clicking right at the start menu and choosing Sign Out as shown below.

How to Setup Emails and Activate Office



Step 1


In a browser go to portal.office.com


Step 2


Login with your email and password for your office, this also will be provided to you in your User Handover Document

 


Step 3


The system will ask that your organisation requires more information. Please select next and follow the instructions to setup Two-Factor Authentication with your mobile device, this will send a code to your mobile for security and verification.


Step 4


Now you can go to Microsoft Outlook in Hosted Desktops, clear/delete the pre-populated text and type in your provided email address and password. 



It may require you to type in your email and password twice for Office Apps Activation as well.

Now you are ready to use your New Hosted Desktop Profile.
