How to set a computer for remote support operated by Foxcomm

Please follow the below instructions for RMM:                                     

Go to help.foxcomm.co.uk

Type in code: (request from support)

This will download a plugin which you can install and notify the IT liaison.

When prompted for a password while installing the plugin please use the given password by your IT liaison only!

Mac’s require additional settings for us to login, please go to settings>security and privacy>privacy - And enable isl always on on both accessibility and screen recording tabs(screenshot attached) and then install/enable any other prompts it may suggest.
