How to set a computer for remote support operated by Foxcomm

Please follow the instructions below for RMM:

Go to help.foxcomm.co.uk

Type in code: (request from support)

This will download a plugin which can now be installed.

When prompted for a password while installing the plugin, please use the given password by your IT liaison only!

Mac requires additional settings for us to log in. Please go to settings>security and privacy>privacy - And enable ISL Always On on both accessibility and screen recording tabs(screenshot attached), and then install/enable any other prompts it may suggest.
