How to log in to Citrix Hosted Desktop - Foxcomm

Step 1

Download and install latest 'Citrix Workspace Software'

Step 2

Go to the User Handover Document to obtain the login link

[This should be provided to you by your company's authorised user or IT Liaison.]

Your username/Password will also be in your User Handover Document.

Go to a browser and type in that link, after logging in

Choose option no. 2 from the image below (Detect again or Already Installed)

Step 3

You will see the following screen. Click on Hosted Desktop to open the system. We recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your browser.

When you have finished work for the day, you can shut down the system by right-clicking on the start menu and choosing Sign Out, as shown below.
