Printer not working in Citrix Hosted Desktop - (Foxcomm)

Allow Citrix Receiver/Workspace access to your printer/drives


1. Right-click the Citrix Receiver Icon in the bottom right system tray, near the clock.  (The icons may need to be expanded.)  Click Advanced Preferences. [Outside of Hosted Desktop]




2. Click on Connection Centre



3. In the right-hand column, select Preferences:



4. Under the File Access tab, select "Read and write". Then click Apply.


If the settings were already on Read and Write, then restart your computer; this should resume the Citrix Print Services.
